Members and users acknowledge, declare, and undertake that in case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, the records and registers of TTR, including microfilm, microfiche, and computer records, shall constitute valid, binding, final, and exclusive evidence as per Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Law (H.U.M.K.), and that this clause is a proof agreement. Furthermore, they waive the right to contest the TTR records and their proper maintenance, as well as the right to propose an oath on these matters.
In case of any disputes arising from the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia are authorized to resolve them.
When members and users fill out the application form and click the "I Accept" option at the bottom of the form, this Agreement comes into effect between the parties indefinitely.
